The Tubing Process Is as
Follows:
High-quality steel, cold formed into tubular shape, electrically or
induction welded, then hot dipped into zinc for a uniform
galvanizing, water quenched, then immersed in a substrate coating
for additional corrosion protections, coated a third time with a
clear organic compound that enhances the corrosion resistance of
the zinc coating and allows fabrication of the tube without
flaking; and interior coated with a special protective
material.
About the
Stalls
The most common stall size is 12' x 12'. We offer a 6' high x 12'
long stall partition and a 6' high x 12' long stall front with a 4'
swinging gate, constructed within an 8' high frame. The partition
and stall fronts have 9½" rail spacing. You can purchase the
partitions and stall fronts metal only, or that are available using
pressure treated boards to close them. Normally 6 boards are used
in each partition stall front.
Custom Sizes
Available
Since we are the manufacturer, we can build any size necessary or
desired. If you have an existing barn or if you are building a new
barn, we can build to size the stalls for your barn. The partitions
and stall fronts can be used free standing or installed between
posts.
